Event Overview

Join this high-level event discussing how outcome-orientated international cooperation over the next decade can accelerate real-world transitions across different sectors of the global economy. The event will set out the UK’s COP26 Presidency vision, and with reference to historic examples of success and case studies, speakers will demonstrate the value of countries coming together behind cooperative action to fast-track global energy systems transitions. Prior to the important discussions at the 11th Clean Energy Ministerial and 5th Mission Innovation Ministerial, this event will highlight the importance of clean energy innovation and deployment to achieving a sustainable, resilient and affordable clean energy future, and to meeting climate goals.

This event will include Ministerial speeches and a panel of clean energy leaders chaired by the High Level Climate Action Champion for COP26, Nigel Topping. The event is open to the public.
